3Start accepting bookings
Once your listing is live, travelers can book your location. Check each booking, receive their bags and return them when they come back.

Questions from businesses
What kind of businesses can join?
Cafés, shops, hotels and other local businesses with staff on site and a suitable space to store luggage. Private homes aren't a fit.
Do I need to buy anything?
You don't need to install dedicated luggage lockers to apply. We'll explain any requirements before your location goes live.
How will I know a traveler is coming?
You'll receive booking details so you can prepare for the arrival, including the booking reference, number of bags and drop-off time. The exact process will be explained during onboarding.
What do I do when they arrive?
Check the traveler's code, confirm the number of bags and photograph each one. When they come back, check the code again, photograph the handover and mark the bags delivered.
When do I get paid?
Travelers pay online: €3.50 per bag, plus a €1.99 service and protection fee on each booking. You receive €3.50 for the first bag in a booking and €2.50 for each extra bag. The €1.99 fee stays with Luggage Nest. There is no joining fee and no monthly fee. Luggage Nest pays you weekly or every two weeks by bank transfer. The exact cadence is written in the partner agreement before the listing goes live. Read the partner agreement
